	CHATEAU KEFRAYA > La Crima d'Oro The color of this fortified wine is like gold, luminous and brilliant. The smell is subtle with grapefruit flavour. In the mouth, it is full and round, with some honey, acacia and peach-vine flavours. “Lacrima d’Oro 1995” is a sunbeam in your glass! Served and tasted between 8 and 10°C, this fortified wine will charm you either at the beginning of your meal or with your cheeses and desserts. Vine: 100% Clairette. Vinification: Fermentation at 1050 of density. Then, addition of brandy made and distilled at the château.
